For the Love of Burns

A vocal recital presenting arrangements of Robert Burns' poetry and songs by Schumann, Haydn, Britten, and Ravel, as well as lesser-known pieces by Amy Beach, Agathe Backer Gröndahl and other female composers. Following a performance at CatStrand Theatre, New Galloway, with Katharine Durran, pianist, Claudia looks forward to taking this varied programme of music to more venues throughout Scotland in 2025.
